Villa Neo is a wonderful newly built house located at the suburb of Zadar with a maximum capacity of 9 guests. The exterior has a beautiful pool with sunbeds and a few lounge corners for sunbathing, reading a good book or having a little peace of mind. There is a nice shady garden with a trampoline for kids to have fun. The terrace with dining area and another lounge invites you to have a barbecue with fresh fish or meat or simply enjoy your breakfast and coffee before discovering the city and beaches. Entering the villa from this terrace you’ll see a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a little bar. Everything is lovely decorated with modern details. Villa Neo has 3 bedrooms, all of them have double beds, one of them has an additional single bed and TV and one has access to the balcony and TV.
